Our Promise

What Makes Us Different

Four pillars that define how we work and why communities trust us.

Community-Led from Day One

Our programs are shaped by village leaders and panchayat input — not top-down decisions. Every initiative starts with listening.

Bihar's Rural Reality

We work in Patna, Ara, Vaishali, Nalanda, Jahanabad and Arwal — Bihar's rural heartland, not urban centres.

Transparent & Accountable

Every tree planted, every rupee spent is documented. Registered NGO (S000071/23-24) with full disclosure.

Growing Together

We are 1–2 years old and growing. Slow, deep roots matter more than fast, hollow growth.

Flagship Program

Plantation Drives Across Bihar Districts

In our first year, 800+ trees planted across 6 districts.

Our native species selection — neem, peepal, mahua, arjun — ensures ecological resilience and community benefit. We work with village communities, farmers, and schoolchildren to plant indigenous species and restore green cover for future generations.

Impact Stories

From Barren to Bountiful

From Barren to Bountiful

Ramawati Devi · Nalanda, Bihar

Ramawati Devi's farmland in Nalanda had been losing topsoil to erosion for years. Her yields had dropped by nearly 40% and she feared she would have to abandon the land her family had farmed for generations. When our soil conservation team arrived in her village, they implemented contour bunding and planted deep-rooted native trees along the field margins. Within one season, the erosion stopped. 'My land is alive again,' says Ramawati. 'I never thought I would see so many crops grow here again.' Today her farm produces enough to feed her family and sell at the local market.

Clean Streets, Proud Community

Clean Streets, Proud Community

Suresh Kumar · Vaishali, Bihar

Suresh Kumar was one of the first youth in his panchayat to enrol in our Eco-Champion training. He learned door-to-door waste collection, segregation, and composting. After completing the program, Suresh organised his own cleanup drive and convinced 50 households to participate. 'People used to throw waste everywhere — now they are proud of their clean streets,' he says. Suresh now trains other youth and has become a role model for sustainable living in his community.

Trees That Became a Forest

Trees That Became a Forest

Mohan Prasad · Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Three years ago, the land behind Mohan Prasad's village was barren, dusty, and prone to flooding during monsoon. We partnered with the village panchayat to plant 800 trees on this degraded land. Mohan, a retired school teacher, volunteered to oversee the saplings' care. 'I watered them every morning like my own children,' he says. Today those saplings have grown into a young forest that provides shade, reduces flooding, and has become a gathering spot for the community. 'We did not just plant trees — we planted hope,' says Mohan.
